The Office of the District Clerk Eric Garza is pleased to announce new procedures that will make citations accessible to attorneys through email.  This option will be available upon written request via cover letter.

Upon request, citations will be sent electronically to the email provided within the cover letter. Attorneys will then be able to conveniently print and attach the citations to the corresponding pleadings and have them served appropriately.

This new procedure will eliminate the need for attorneys to travel to the courthouse, saving time and resources.  The Office of the District Clerk will continue to work hard in providing the best customer service possible and ensuring that information is easily accessible in order to make the filing process as efficient as possible.
